Bovamine Dairy and Bovamine Dairy Plus are probiotic feed additives for dairy cows designed to improve rumen and gut health, leading to increased milk production efficiency. Bovamine Dairy uses Lactobacillus animalis LA-51 and Propionibacterium freudenreichii PF-24 to enhance feed conversion and nutrient absorption. Bovamine Dairy Plus adds two Bacillus strains (CH200 and CH201) to further stabilize digestive function, combat harmful bacteria, reduce lactic acidosis, and boost immune response. These products, manufactured by Chr. Hansen, are added to feed and have been shown to improve milk production efficiency by an average of 4.3%, resulting in increased profitability.
