Piglets will rest dry and warm soon after colostrum intake. Mistral, with its kind, healing action, will rapidly dry the umbilical cord. Resting in their nest, covered with Mistral, piglets will be comfortable during their first hours.
Dipping the piglet directly into Mistral will help to avoid chilling and its cleansing/antiseptic action will dry the navel and prevent infection - Joint Ill and Meningitis. Use Mistral to increase competitiveness at suckling and reduce the time from birth to the first colostrum intake.
