EQ Innovator has been shown to be effective for
the vaccination of healthy horses 6 months of age or older against Leptospirainterrogans serovar pomona. Equine leptospirosis is a
costly and underdiagnosed disease that can affect all horses. A nationwide
study showed 75% of healthy horses were exposed to at least one leptospiral
serovar.1
LEPTO EQ INNOVATOR® is
the first and only equine vaccine to help prevent leptospirosis in horses.
LEPTO EQ INNOVATOR helps prevent leptospiremia caused by L.
pomona, which could, but has not be demonstrated to, help reduce the
potential risk of equine recurrent uveitis (ERU) infections, abortions or acute
renal failure caused by L. pomona.* Administer 1
ml IM injection; repeat in 3 to 4 weeks. Booster annually with a single dose.
