HomeoPet Skin & Itch Relief Drops is a homeopathic remedy to provide temporary relief
from constant scratching and gnawing caused by airborne allergies. Skin &
Itch works to help detoxify and promote improved skin and coat growth.
Ingredients: Pulex Irritans 6c&30c, Rhus Toxicodendron
6c&30c, Staphysagria 6c&30c, Sulphur 6c& 30c, Urtica Urens
6c&30c, Graphites 6c&30c in 20% USP alc. in purifed water.
Dosage:
1-20 lbs (10 kg) - 5 drops
= one dose
20 - 100 lbs (10-50 kg)
-10 drops = one dose
Use 3 single doses daily to start and cut back with
improvement of symptoms to twice daily and eventually once daily. Remedy may be
discontinued when symptoms are no longer present.
All pets under 1 lb should be dosed by putting one(1) to
two(2) drops in drinking water daily.
INDICATIONS: A homeopathic remedy that can
help promote temporary relief from seasonal allergies and supports skin and
coat. May help with scratching, itching, chewing and hair loss which may
restore a thick and shiny coat.
ADMINISTRATION: Optimally,
the liquid preparation should be dropped directly into the mucous membrane of
the mouth, including lips, ideally in cats by raising the head until the mouth
opens. Where an animal finds this distressful or an owner is unable to comply,
the medication can be put in the water or milk. In the case that a pet is
sensitive to the odor of the alcohol preservative, a 10 to 20 minute period
should be allowed for the alcohol to evaporate before the liquid or food is
presented to the patient. Occasionally, when dosed directly into the mouth, the
animal may shake their heads as a response to the alcohol preservative. Cats
may salivate excessively; in these cases, presenting it in food, water or milk
alleviates these effects.
