Bimeda Myco-Vac
is a killed vaccine that has been shown to be effective for the
vaccination of healthy cattle four months of age or older
against Mycoplasma bovis .
Mycoplasma bovis is one of the most prevalent of all the
bacterial pathogens affecting young cattle during periods of elevated stress
such as weaning and transportation. In general, the higher the “risk
classification” of a particular group of cattle the greater the possibility of
a Mycoplasma problem.
Mix well and aseptically inject 2ml subcutaneously in the side of the neck. Repeat on days 7 and 14 alternating sides of the neck.
