Dairy Tech Potassium Sorbate 50% solution is for use as a liquid preservative in milk
and colostrum that will be fed to dairy calves only. Throughly mix into the
recommended volume to maximize effectiveness. For best results, always
pasteurize first, then add Potassium Sorbate and Refrigerate. Potassium Sorbate
50% FCC is a solution of water and potassium sorbate. It is primarily used as
an antimicrobial agent and preservative in many foods and beverages. Our
Potassium Sorbate 50% is a part of a flavor optimized line. This means it has
gone through a method of eliminating impurities in the product that cause off
taste and odor. Mix recommended volume to maximize effectiveness. Mixing
instructions: 1/2 gal milk/colostrum to 0.15 oz solution; 1 gal milk/colostrum
to 0.3 oz solution; 5 gal milk/colostrum to 1.5 oz solution; 10 gal
milk/colostrum to 3.2 oz solution; 100 gal milk/colostrum to 32 oz solution.
