Vira Shield 6 VL5 Somnus HB from Elanco Animal Health is for control of IBR, BVD, PI3, BRSV (KV), Campylobacter Fetus, plus five strains of lepto in combination with L. hardjo bovis. and H. somnus. Give 5 ml IM in the neck 2-4 weeks prior to breeding, then revaccinate with Vira Shield 6+L5 Somnus in 4-5 weeks. Safe for pregnant cows. Revaccinate annually. 10ds or 50ds
Cautions:
Do not mix with other products, except as specified on the label. In case of human exposure, contact a physician. Do not vaccinate within 60 days prior to slaughter. Transient swelling may occur at the site of injection. Milk reduction and transient depression may be observed in lactating dairy cows for 3 to 6 days following vaccination. Anaphylactic reactions may occur. Symptomatic treatment: Epinephrine. Contains amphotericin B, gentamicin, and thimerosal as preservatives
